Explored Andorra la Vella today.  My initial assessment of the place can be summed up as European yuppy mountain mecca—there seems to be more money here than Vale or most of those exotic places that 007 stops off at.  Everything is impeccably polished, machined, made up.  Eventually a walk to an older part of town revealed a history that predates posh—old cobblestone churches, pub restaurants where one can buy a draft beer for just 1.65 Euro, and locals who drive economy Citroëns like our rental.
